- US$ 400,000 (full title deed) held for five years before resale, plus payment of various registration and other fees
- The real estate investment of $400,000 investment may also attract two applicants at $200,000 each plus government fees, but this can only be resold after 7 years
How to apply for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship?
To apply for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship, the following procedures have to be done:- Initial set of documents (police certificate, copy of passports and birth certificates, CV/Resume)
- Submit the file to CIU through an Authorized agent
- Wait for the Government approval letter which could take up to 3 months
- Once approved, pay the remaining investment fee.
- Collect your passport and citizenship certificate at the nearest St Kitts consulate or embassy
